Dear Willow Creek School Parents!
Willow Creek School is pleased to announce that through the Montana Cares Act, and the Montana Small School Alliance we now have a partner for on-line counseling called E-Therapy.
If you believe your student could benefit from having outside counseling through the on-line services of E-Therapy please stop in the office and pick up the forms for referral. Students can also refer themselves if they would like to receive on-line therapy. Parent consent must be signed for any student being referred regardless of who is making the referral.
Please check out the site below to look at all the services that have been offered over the years.

Dear Parents and Guardians,
We would like to inform you about the upcoming annual hearing screenings, which will be conducted
by qualified Speech-Language Pathologists from the Gallatin Madison Special Education Cooperative.
These screenings will take place at your school on 10/02/24. It is important to note that this
screening is offered for all students in kindergarten, 1st grade, 9th grade, as well as those who are
new to the school district. If you would like to opt your child out of this screening, please contact the
school office.
Our initiative is aligned with the Office of Public Instruction Hearing Conservation Program (HCP),
which aims to ensure early detection of educationally significant hearing loss through a
comprehensive process. This involves initial hearing screenings, on-site audiology procedures, and
in-depth hearing evaluations whenever necessary.
For students who may not pass the initial screening or were absent on the designated date, follow-up
screenings will be arranged at a later time.
We are fortunate to have Shey Mayland, the Region IV Audiologist of HCP, overseeing this program. In
the event that further evaluation is deemed necessary, Shey Mayland may reach out to you for a
potential medical referral or a complimentary hearing evaluation at the Audiology Suite located at
21000 Frontage Rd., Belgrade. She can be reached at 406.388.6508 ext 5.
If you do not receive communication from either the speech-language pathologist or the audiologist,
you can rest assured that your child has successfully passed the hearing screening.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work together to ensure the well-being of
your child's auditory health.
Best regards,
Alyssa Mount, M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist

The pin on the air quality map has Willow Creek closer to Bozeman than Butte but the air quality in Butte is UNHEALTHY so we will be keeping students inside for recess today until we are seeing that surrounding areas are back to yellow or green.

CORRECTED BUS SCHEDULE for fall 2024
Be looking for a hardcopy in your mail before school starts along with Meet and Greet information.
BUS SCHEDULE 2024-2025
The Willow Creek school bus pick-up & drop-off location for all out of district students is the Three Forks Airport.
Morning Bus Schedule (Monday – Friday)
Morning Bus Schedule (Monday – Friday)
Willow Creek students - will be picked up starting at 6:45 a.m. All pick up times will be approximately 10 minutes earlier this year, due to adjustment to our route to avoid students crossing roadways. If your student misses the bus, we will not be able to stop "on the way back", because the students CANNOT cross the roadway to get on the bus.
Out of District students – bus leaves TF Airport at 7:35 a.m.
Afternoon Bus Schedule (Monday – Thursday)
Out of District students – dropped off at TF Airport at approximately 3:45 p.m.
Willow Creek students - dropped off approximately 4:10 p.m.
Friday Afternoon Bus Schedule
Out of District students - dropped off at TF Airport at approximately 2:40 p.m.
Willow Creek students – dropped off approximately 3:05 p.m.
Out of district parents should be at the bus stop 5 minutes early for pick-up & drop-off.
These pick-up/drop-off times may change depending on the number of students riding the bus. Notice will be sent home in advance if bus schedule needs to be altered.
Breakfast starts @ 7:45 a.m.
7th - 12th grade students can go ahead of younger students in line for breakfast only. This ensures there is plenty of time for student to eat and be in class before the tardy bell rings.
The Pre-K - 6th grade students, if eating breakfast, will not be counted tardy until 8:15 a.m. This will make sure they have a chance to eat and finish their breakfast in a timely manner.
Out of District students will only ride the bus from Three Forks to Willow Creek and from Willow Creek to Three Forks. Students should board the school bus once school is out. There is always an adult supervisor out on the playground before and after school as students get off and on the bus.
